If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original unworn condition within 10 working days of receipt. We will issue a full refund excluding delivery charges on receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that deliveries are returned to us.  

**Please note if your purchase has a fault we have got to be notified within 2 days - Any flawed - faulty item that goes over this period may not be accepted

Items are couriered/ posted to our customers- while every effort will be made to ensure that these items arrive to you in perfect condition-

If you need to cancel your order you need to contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, otherwise orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
